You Chose Stealth

Before Rox is out of sight, you excuse yourself from the group.

“Sorry guys, I’mma head to bed. G’night!”

They all bid you farewell as you duck out of the booth and head toward your room. Thankfully, Rox is headed in the same direction, her back facing you as she strides down the wide halls still bustling with students.

But when the tall girl reaches the stairway that leads up to your room on the second floor, she takes a right-hand turn.

You hesitate. You don’t often go down that hall since your room is up these stairs.

Maybe you should wait on the steps and see where she goes?

You start to climb the steps but stop and pretend to fix your shoes, all while keeping a side eye on Rox. She reaches the 1st door on the left and pulls out a key, unlocking it and slipping inside.

Well, at least you gain the knowledge that she has access to that room. It’s probably her dorm room.

And oddly enough, it’s directly underneath yours.
